Aontas
will be holding its Annual Family Day Conference, and we would like to extend
an invitation to your organization to display at the conference. Here are a few
pertinent details about the day:

Set-up
time for stands: no later than 10am
Conference
begins: 10:30am
Charge
for a stand: €30.00 (payable on the day) for
non-associate organizations & free to associate organizations.

Please
note that because of space restrictions, booking early will be advisable.
The
main speaker for this year will be Dr.
Rich Ganz. I have also attached a poster with a brief bio on Dr. Ganz. We are
very much looking forward to Rich’s ministry on the day.
There
will also be a full children’s programme for both morning and afternoon. We are
delighted to have the ministry of CEF helping with this important aspect of our
Family Day. Please note that this will be for National School aged children only.
We are not in the position to provide a crèche. We
will also have a secondary school age program available. It
will be necessary to book for the both programmes in order to facilitate
adequate preparations. Please e-mail me with the ages and genders of the
children planning to attend.
There
are a number of options for mid-day lunch. You can either avail of the lunch in
the hotel (approx €14.00 for a carvery meal) or avail of the facilities in
town, which is within walking distance. The hotel has advised us that we may not
bring in outside food to the hotel.
